Literary Manager
Starting in 2025, I have decided that I want to be a literary manager. I am hoping my next steps in the film industry are finding writers to represent. This will range from live-action and animation features and television writers, graphic novelists, and video game writers. Below is my pitch for the kinds of work I am looking for:
“I’m drawn to emotionally rich stories that explore the complexities of human relationships. Whether that’s grounded in family dynamics or offbeat romantic entanglements, told through an abstract lens. My taste lives at the intersection of intimate and imaginative: moving character studies wrapped in genre and emotionally captivating fantasy that still feels deeply personal. I gravitate toward writers who balance wit and vulnerability, and I’m especially interested in championing emerging voices with distinct points of view, particularly those led by women.”
Examples of projects that reflect my particular interest include Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, Moonstruck, Everything, Everywhere, All At Once, and Amélie. It’s the kind of material that has a romantic, whismy or supernatural element, while still feeling grounded in reality through its characters and themes.
I am looking to read as much work as possible, so if you have any great prospects, please reach out.
